Returns/Refund Policy

For added peace of mind, The Collectors provides a 30 day money back guarantee for all purchases except those categories outlined below. This guarantee is in addition to any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. This guarantee entitles you to return the goods at any time within 30 days of purchase if you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, provided it is returned in original condition and with all packaging intact. Note however, that some exceptions apply – refer below.

Non-Refundable Items

Some items available for purchase on our website cannot be returned for a refund, unless they are damaged or faulty and you are entitled to a refund under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Non-refundable Items include:

Pierced jewellery (such as earrings)

Women’s, men’s & kid’s intimates

Cosmetics and fragrances

Swimwear

Personalised or custom products

Food and other perishable products.

Items not sold and shipped directly by The Collectors such as, but not limited to, travel products, financial services and in-store purchases from some of The Collectors Suppliers are also included. Any applicable terms and conditions of sale related directly to these products will be available from the supplier at point of purchase.

How to return

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please return it in original condition complete with all the packaging by addressing the parcel to the address below. Please contact us via email to let us know you are returning the item.

Unfortunately, your postage charges on returns are not refundable unless the product is deemed to be faulty or damaged. The cost of your return will be credited to you once we agree that the product is faulty, incorrectly sent or damaged.

Please note: credit card refunds may take up to 20 business days to complete, depending on the reason for the return and when it was returned to The Collectors. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
